In the area of “seabedsbetween Punta del Pecoraro e Capo Linaro” are observed plant species of great naturalistic interest, including Posidonia meadows.This marine seagrass build dense underwater carpets that host numerous species of invertebrates, vertebrates, and fish. Among the notable animal species present in this site, there are Pinna nobilis, red coral, and sea turtle.
