The “seabedsbetween Marina of Tarquinia and the Quail’s peak “are located along the central-northern coast of the Lazio region. The site is characterised by a low and sandy coastline. Underwater rock formations and Posidonia meadows can be found in the area, which represent two relevant habitats for several marine species.
