Fondali tra le foci del Fiume Chiarone e Fiume Fiora

The site “seabedsbetween the mouths of the Chiarone and Fiora rivers” is located along the northern coast of the Lazio region, between the delta of Chiarone river and the mouth of Fiora river. The area covers, for some miles, part of the Tuscany region. This zone is manly characterized by meadows of Posidonia oceanica, a critical seagrass which covers the seabed.
