Fondali Punta Picetto

The seabedsof Punta Picetto,which is located in the municipality of Levanto in the province of La Spezia, are characterized by a sandy-rocky bottom with the presence of Posidonia oceanica. In the past, the meadow was presumably connected to that of Punta Levanto; for this reason, it must have undergone a significant reduction. Currently, habitat restoration would be important and significant in order to repopulate the area.
