Fondali Nervi – Sori

The site is characterized by the presence of three subsites where Posidonia formations on rock, Coralligenous communities and Cymodocea meadows develop, representing a significant habitat for the conservation of marine biodiversity.
Along the coast of the municipality of Sori, there is a highly interesting marine cave, which reaches a depth of 30 meters. Among the notable species is the European lancelet (Branchiostoma lanceolatum), a rare species that indicates the presence of sandy bottoms with distinctive structure.
