Espacio marino de Cabo Roig

Located in the province of Alicante. The area boasts an excellent representation of Posidonia meadows and other marine habitats. This area frequently attracts migrating and wintering populations of five bird species. The area is used as a feeding ground by Audouin’s Gulls, European shags, Yelkouan Shearwaters, Balearic Shearwaters, European Storm Petrels and Sandwich Terns.
