Bahía de Málaga-Cerro Gordo

The marine area includes the waters of the Bay of Málaga, from the mouth of the Guadalhorce River to the border between the provinces of Málaga and Granada, opposite the cliffs of Maro-Cerro Gordo. Pelagic fish (those that live in the water column), such as sardines and anchovies, thrive in this area. It is also a particularly suitable habitat for the Common Dolphin (Delphinus delphis).
